For this reason, we consider social responsibility an integral part of our business model; we particularly focus on supporting women’s participation in economic life and regional development. This approach is not just a project, but a core value that guides all of our activities.

Çayder Social Responsibility Project

• Our Goal: To bring the efforts of women producers living in the Çaykara and Dernekpazarı districts into the economy. In this scope, we bring together natural and organic products produced by women, and deliver them to consumers without compromising quality.

   

• Our Vision: To make Çayder one of the top 10 most successful women’s cooperatives in Turkey within 5 years. During this period, we also aim to transform Çaykara and Dernekpazarı districts into an “Organic Basin” status.

Empowering Local Development Through Women’s Employment

We are producer women living in the Çaykara and Dernekpazarı districts, aiming to bring our labor into the economy. We aim to present the high-value, undiscovered natural and organic products of this challenging geography, along with the hardworking women of this region, to consumers and contribute to our family economy. Our vision is to bring all natural, organic products produced in our region with women’s labor to consumers without compromising quality; to become one of the top 10 women’s cooperatives in Turkey within 5 years and to transform the Çaykara and Dernekpazarı districts into an Organic Basin within this period.
