Agrokur aims to scale its organic and regenerative agriculture model developed in Turkey and expand sustainable production.
The program is designed around expanding production areas, growing the farmer ecosystem, and increasing value-added agricultural production.
01
Strategic Approach
The model, based on strengthening local production through contract farming and an integrated value chain approach, provides a scalable and traceable production structure applicable across different geographies.
02
Production Geography Across Turkey
Built on existing production areas, the structure is expanded through planned growth zones in different regions, transforming into a sustainable nationwide production network.
03
Production Area Details
Existing and planned production areas are structured based on regional climate, soil conditions, and crop suitability.
04
2028 Target
By 2028, the goal is to expand organic farming activities across 11 regions in Turkey and reach a total of 60,000 decares of production area.
05
2030 Vision
The plan is to reach a total of 100,000 decares of organic farmland through contract-based, leased, and ownership-based production models across Turkey.
