General Description

As Okur Group, in line with our growth objectives, we are seeking a Production and Process Specialist to take an active role in our new investment project, starting from the investment phase through facility commissioning and subsequent production operations.

Key Responsibilities

Taking an active role in new facility investment processes
Conducting machinery and equipment research, technical analysis, and quotation comparisons
Designing processes and creating production flows
Actively working on-site during installation and commissioning processes
Taking responsibility in production operations after commissioning
Contributing to process improvement and efficiency studies
Experience in spice processing operations
Knowledge and experience in extraction processes
Experience in factory investment, installation, or commissioning processes
Knowledge of GMP, organic production, or certification processes
Participating in process development or improvement activities
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Food Engineering
2–6 years of work experience
Preferably experience in process industries (food, chemical, spice processing, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret technical documents (offers, datasheets, process flows, etc.)
Basic knowledge of processes and equipment (pumps, drying, grinding, extraction, etc.)
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Excel and basic analytical tools
Good level of English (able to communicate in technical context)
Willing to work actively in the field and take responsibility
Able to work in Balıkesir
